Apple has said that Samsung did not provide the source code of the product patent violation of the company in a timely manner despite having received an order from the court last year.
It is known that under the court's ruling last year, Samsung will have to hand over source code related to these devices violate a patent (such as Galaxy Tab 10.1) for the company is headquartered in Cupertino.
According to documents sent to the federal courts in California, Apple said that Samsung only to comply with a law that the court had issued earlier, when there is only one source of the device that Apple accused Samsung of Apple breaks are handed over for inspection.
Handing over the code duration is 31/12, and that is not enough time for the appraisal of Apple.
Apple had no luck in San Jose when that court where Apple has failed to request a ban on the sale of Samsung products in the U.S. 4G in early December last year.
Conflicts between Samsung and Apple are increasingly bitter and prolonged after Apple sued Samsung infringed patents for smartphone Galaxy. Since then, the case between the two companies has spread to over 30 courts across four continents and has no signs of stopping.
Tablet Galaxy Tab has been banned in Australia, but ultimately the ban was removed before the end of shopping period. Samsung was also forced to redesign their tablets after a German court said banning the sale of the company's equipment in Europe.
However, Samsung have fought and spent a spectacular victory before Apple is also in Germany. A ban on selling the iPhone and the iPad was made here, although it only exists when a few short hours that Apple has been calling for more time before executing this command.
