Frank Fazio, owner of the iPhone 4S integrated voice software supports Apple sued Siri Northern California court, saying the airline was false advertising.
After purchasing the iPhone 4S, Fazio realize that in their ads, Apple has mislead users about the utility that brings Siri. For example, when asked about the direction Siri to a specific location such as a store that Siri does not fully understand the contents of questions and it takes lot of time will tell, even wrong answers. Therefore he has decided to sue Apple.
Apple has a lot of money in regional advertising campaign for Syria, but according to Frank Fazio, Siri brings no little effect, just as the firm basis for the higher price of iPhone 4 iPhone 4S.
According to Fazio's lawyer, Apple has violated the protection of customers, competition laws of California. He is studying how to collect evidence against the 4S and the Apple iPhone, to force Apple to lower prices as well as products to compensate for all losses for his clients.
Siri is currently a software "hot" of Apple, but is still in the finishing process. Siri is provided on the iPhone 4S is only beta and Apple is still trying to expand it into other languages, in the last week Apple has updated Siri Japanese.
Fazio also alleges that Apple has distorted the use of Siri for potential customers. Siri makes use user fees to pay more than 3G, and will easily cause users to exceed expected 3G traffic.
An Apple spokesman declined to comment on the incident.
