Samsung launches 32 GB MicroSDHC memory card write speed of 12 MB / s

To meet the increasing storage requirements of mobile devices, especially smartphones generation upcoming 4G, Samsung introduced a 32 GB MicroSDHC card with read speeds, up to an impressive record 24 MB / s and 12 MB / s.

MicroSDHC memory card Samsung's new is the combination of 32 Gb flash memory chip technology and NAND 3 bit 3 bit memory controller exclusive performance of Samsung. New memory card is produced on 20 nm process, is considered capable of upgrading the performance of the memory chips up to 30% compared to the 30 nm generation memory chip now.

Samsung has successfully developed a 3-bit NAND memory layer 10, capable of storing three bits per memory cell, improve performance and reduce the physical size of the MicroSDHC memory card.
