Apple is folded wings patent

Reuters has published the information Apple has been granted 40 additional patents in the field of technology in China. The news was first posted on the China Daily on Monday 4.
And the patent would be tools that help manufacturers iPhone / iPad increase protection of intellectual property in this country - where Apple is always a headache for the piracy of patents in a white gross. The evidence we have seen these phones, tablet PCs, laptops have similar models of Apple products.

Apple now is a manufacturer of mobile devices being the most counterfeited in China. And the new Apple patents relating to 37 products including iPhone, iPad, MacBook Air and even to design the structure of the three stores selling Apple products in Shanghai.
The patents are focused on mobile products. It is to protect the character comes in to create unique looks of Apple products such as the user interface, user experience and speakerphone technology.
Earlier this week, a source from Samsung has internal information company Reuters is preparing legal measures to enact a ban on sale of iPhone in Korea 5. This is a strong effort from Samsung to create a new step to protect the company from accusations of copying designs and product design from Apple in the U.S..
