Toshiba Regza AT700: Tablets world's thinnest

The thinnest tablet PC World recently named Toshiba Regza AT700 launched at CEATEC 2011 technology fair in Japan.
Toshiba Regza AT700 uses 10.1 inch screen with WXGA resolution (1280 x 800 pixels). Machine design is quite similar to two tablets predecessor, Thrive and Excite, but the AT700 is only 7.7 mm thin and weighs 558 grams.

The tablet is equipped with dual-core processor TI OMAP 4430 with 1.2 GHz clock speed, memory storage 32 GB, 1 GB RAM, 2 megapixel camera 5 megapixel front and rear, micro card reader SD / SDHC with WiFi connectivity 802.11 b / g / n, GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, USB microphones and microphone HDMI.

Also, at this fair, Toshiba also announced Regza AT3S0 with compact and portable. Regza AT3S0 own 7 inch LCD screen with WXGA resolution (1280 x 800 pixels), dual-core processor with Nvidia Tegra 2 1 GHz clock speed, memory storage 32 GB, 1 GB RAM, camera before, after (2 megapixel and 5 megapixel) card reader micro SD / SDHC with WiFi connectivity 802.11 b / g / n, GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, USB microphones, and microphone HDMI.

Both tablets are run on Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) support Adobe Flash, the Regza Link Share feature, which allows easy connection with digital TV, Blu-ray player, tablet, PC and smartphone owners.
Toshiba Regza AT700 will be available in Japan in mid-December to, while Regza AT3S0 will be available later this month with prices around 650 USD.
