Galaxy Tab 10.1N all breeds recognized iPad

Samsung has been modified to look like the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet to his version of Galaxy Tab 10.1 N it is no longer enough to copy the Apple iPad.
 
The changes that Samsung Electronics has made the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet is enough for them it's no longer a copy of the Apple iPad again, on Thursday, 22/12/2011 a judge in district court in Dusseldorf ( Germany) said.
 
In May 9 / 2011, this court has banned the sale of the tablet version of 10-inch Galaxy Tab 10.1 "early" by Samsung in Germany, after Apple alleging that Samsung's products look too much like the iPad. To alter that decision, Samsung has modified the appearance of the tablet to create 10.1N Galaxy Tab.

However, Apple still feels Samsung tablets are copying it, and last month filed a petition to prevent the continued sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1N.
But it looks like Apple will not win this time. The judge issued a preliminary ruling that Samsung tablet no longer violates the patent design of Apple Europe again. So, according to a spokesman for the court, this time there would be no order.
The final decision will be issued on 02.09.2012. Both Samsung and Apple are not commenting on Thursday's statement from the court.
