Apple going to court because ... Siri

Frank Fazio, owner of the iPhone 4S integrated voice software supports Apple sued Siri Northern California court, saying the airline was false advertising.
 

After purchasing the iPhone 4S, Fazio realize that in their ads, Apple has mislead users about the utility that brings Siri.
