A judge issued a preliminary determination that Motorola does not violate Apple's patents 3.
On 01/13/2012, an administrative law judge at the International Trade Commission, U.S. (ITC) has launched Motorola decided not infringe three patents of Apple.
ITC received 11/2011 lawsuit last month after Motorola Apple asking them to ban the import of a certain phone number, which Apple allegedly infringing a patent, the United States.
Apple declined to comment on the verdict while Motorola said they were happy for this conclusion. ITC will continue to review and make final conclusions for the work in the near future.
Between Apple and Motorola are also ongoing legal dispute in a court other in Europe, where Motorola has won a ban on sales of Apple products across Germany. In addition, Motorola has also sent a complaint to Apple at the ITC.
